Advanced Ceramics for the SEMICON Europa 2025
Down to the last micron and beyond: Advanced materials for semiconductor manufacturing
From 18 to 21 November 2025, we will be presenting our latest high-performance ceramic solutions for critical machining and production processes in the semiconductor industry at SEMICON Europa in Munich (Hall C1, Stand C1725).
With more than 120 years of experience in materials development and precision manufacturing, we support the semiconductor industry in pushing physical boundaries and reaching new levels of performance. The solutions on display - including wafer chucks and structural components - are based on materials such as silicon carbide (SiSiC), silicon nitride (Si₃N₄), aluminium nitride (AlN) and aluminium oxide (Al₂O₃). They are characterised by maximum precision, chemical stability, thermal resistance and wear resistance.
‘We see ourselves as an innovation partner for our customers - not just as a manufacturer of technical ceramics,’ explains Martin Kopecny, Director Business Line Semiconductor at CeramTec. ‘Our advanced manufacturing technologies enable customised solutions for the ever-increasing demands of the semiconductor industry.’
Visitors to SEMICON Europa are invited to learn more about our expanded development and production capacities as well as the latest processing technologies - from material development to precision machining.
