CeramSense® 2 MHz Water Coupled Sensor
CeramTec is dedicated to the production of liquid coupled sensors of high quality, with a primary emphasis on stability across a wide range of standard metering temperatures. Our company has complete control over the manufacturing process, with vertical integration extending from powder and piezoceramic production to full assembly technology.
This end-to-end control facilitates highly reciprocal behaviour between sensors, resulting in consistent and reliable performance across the entire measurement temperature range. By utilising a highly repeatable process, our sensors do not require pairing to create a platform for accurate measurement. This repeatability pushes the boundaries of accuracy achievable in domestic flow meters with the latest electronics, while streamlining the calibration process for our customers - saving valuable time and resources.
CeramSense® 200 kHz Gas Sensor
Specifically engineered for gas metering applications such as gas detection for safety and environmental monitoring or industrial process control the CeramSense® 200kHz sensor is utilizing our world-class piezoelectric materials and extensive expertise in transducer design and manufacturing. Our CeramSense® gas sensor range is designed to meet the highest temperature and pressure classifications.
CeramSense® Gas Flow Module
Designed using our world class piezoelectric materials and ultrasonic sensors, the gas module is developed to meet customer demands for rapid integration into domestic gas meters. CeramTec combines extensive sensor design experience with automation excellence to result in high-quality flow sensor solutions for residential gas metering according to European and US based standards.
