CeramCool Multi-K Multi-Channel Cooler

The CeramCool® Multi-K, available in Al₂O₃ and AlN ceramic, is an ultra-flat liquid-flow multi-channel cooler with a thermal dissipation performance of up to 600 W/cm². The standard dimensions are 100 x 60 x 3 mm.

The extremely low design of the heat sink allows very low overall heights of the entire cooling system.
