CeramCool® Box Cooler is constructed from several layers of aluminium nitride ceramic. The inner structure is designed in a spiral shape to enable the most homogeneous cooling possible up to the edge. 

CeramCool® Box Cooler can also be metallised on the side, so it is also possible to lead the metallisation around the corner. This and the connections on the back of the heat sink make it easy to produce plug-in modules. It can be scaled almost arbitrarily in x- and y-direction to form large fields.
